2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

3. Shipping Insurance Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. This provides priority fulfillment and covers lost or stolen packages.

4. Priority Fulfillment Orders with shipping insurance receive priority fulfillment and are processed within 12 hours.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method chosen.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages Jevi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you purchase shipping insurance. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier.
