Refund policy

At Jevi, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying Corti-Help for the first time. That's why we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on your first order.

What's refundable: We'll refund the full cost of the product(s) from your initial purchase.

What's not refundable: Shipping & handling fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to our shipping partners the moment your order is placed, and we cannot recover them.

Who's eligible: Our 60-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Repeat orders are not eligible for refunds.

How to request a refund: Simply email help@tryjevi.com with:

  • The name on the order
  • Your order number

We'll provide you with return shipping instructions. You must ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number to help@tryjevi.com. Without a valid tracking number, your refund request will not be eligible for processing.

Processing time: Refunds are processed immediately once we receive your returned product. However, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns: You must return the product and provide tracking information to receive your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
