Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

If you purchased shipping protection/insurance and your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

If your order was marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please note:

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and no shipping protection was purchased, we cannot be held responsible.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing (e.g., stolen from your porch), this is a matter to take up with your local carrier or authorities. Unfortunately, we cannot issue replacements in these cases, as we fulfilled and shipped your order correctly.
