1. Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: All orders are shipped the next business day.
Delivery Estimate: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your destination.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. These costs may vary by location and are based on the destination address provided.

4. Shipping Insurance & Priority Fulfillment

Shipping Insurance: Customers may purchase shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages.
Priority Fulfillment: Orders with insurance are moved to the front of the daily fulfillment queue to ensure they are among the first dispatched the following day.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Jevi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance was purchased at the time of checkout. For uninsured packages experiencing delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
